Every person who works there are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. We travel to florida quite often from the UK and will always use this hotel as an overnight stay . “This Hotel was awesome. We arrived late at night and the front desk staff checked us in quickly and offered us a snack. The rooms were spacous, very clean. Beds were very comfortable and the showers were huge! We will definitly go back!“

I wandered around the property as we meeting planners do even on leisure travel, and I was so impressed with the property, the staff and the care and attention to detail shown at every turn which was awesome as no one knew what I did for a living! I observed numerous interactions between staff and guests, and WOW…it is so rare to see the level of care that I noted. I have already spread the word to meeting planners (govt.) and private sector that I know of in FL that they should definitely look at the Holiday Inn Ft Myers Airport as a possible venue. ““Fabulous time, great food and service”
Our group held a major awards ceremony at the hotel and the staff of the hotel were fabulous. The room was set up perfectly and the staff were always checking to see how things were going. The biggest surprise was the food. We really weren;t expecting anything too exciting but the chicken and cream sauce with asparagus spears (still crispy) was wonderful.
I received so many compliments from the attendees that we are going to hold our end of the year conference at the hotel in June.“

We are so happy that we stayed at the Holiday Inn Airport-Town Center in Ft. Meyers, FL. Our oldest daughters' graduation event was hosted here and the hospitality provided by staff at all levels was exceptional. They were prepared, and poised for action in areas of needed exceptions.
My 4th child has a disability. She was injured in a car accident 2 years ago and requires special arrangements for bathing and the like. The needed were met without question and I rarely have seen staff so willing to listen and assist in the necessary accommodations.
Marianne, Sean and even the Hotel manager were first to greet us and assist with our needs. Our stay was wonderful. The facility is well kept. And Friday night jazz sessions are a must do!“

We've stayed at this hotel multiple time for multiple reasons. Just spent our wedding anniversary there as a quick get-a-way from home life and we really appreciated the excellent service we received. The food was delicious! The drinks were made to perfection! We really enjoyed the Friday night atmosphere. Great music! We were able to stay in a suite this time. What a view! The room was comfortable and fit our needs, as always. We will be back for more!“
