“Totally blown away by how clean it was, saw staff working cleaning at different times. The restaurant staff was super friendly and went out of their way to get us anything we needed. Have not seen this in a long long time. They should be commended. The front desk staff were very professional even though they were alot younger they were very mature, you don't see this alot now. They were also very accommodating and did not feel like you were bothering them... The hotel itself was breathtaking have not seen this for so long. I thought the Hyatt Summerfield in Boston was the best, but this hotel tops them. The pool area we could not get over the firepit area, nice addition, and the outside bar area, even though we did not use it. Grounds were beautiful, and music playing outside was relaxing. Shuttle people were very friendly... Bonus Major League baseball players as was Frankie Valli were leaving as we were sitting on bench outside soaking up the sun early one morning...“
